Project Description. 
An homage to the movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, is set in winter and portrays the formation of the main character's hands carving into itself trying to salvage his fading/melting memories.
The progression represents the process of the water cycle and how ice melts to liquid and then evaporates to vapor because of the sun. The imagery of ice and sun correlate to the characteristics/personalities of the main characters, Joel (dull, cold) and Clementine (vibrant, warm). The loop of the water cycle portrays how the characters attempt many times to meet again.

Set in winter, the formation of hands carving into itself trying to salvage the fading/melting memories. The structures represent the process of the water cycle and how ice melts to liquid and then evaporates to vapor because of the sun. The loop of the water cycle portrays how the characters attempt many times to meet again. This is shown in the beginning of the movie and how it continues from the ending like a cycle. As the sequence progresses, the cycle will reveal the film’s title.

The imagery of cold and heat correlate to the characteristics/personalities of the main characters, Joel (dull, cold) and Clementine (vibrant, warm).
